Ate quite a lot yesterday but it was fairly healthy. Weights with a 5 mile run. Went down 2 pounds since Monday. Keep drinking water and eating healthy
126.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
