2078 kcal Fat: 100.91g | Prot: 151.44g | Carb: 134.47g.   Breakfast: daily skimmmed milk allowance, 15g /1 tblespn i cant believe its not butter, Toasted White Bread, jam. Lunch: chicken barbequed wings. Dinner: potato, cheddar cheese (grated ), of 1 tablespoon salad cream, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Boiled), Tuna in Oil (Canned). Snacks/Other:  cake. more...
