It's so weird to actually weigh myself every day. Its odd but at the same time it doesn't bother me as much to see my weigh go up and down. I know what I am eating better and working out more so I know that In the long run my weight is still dropping but more importantly I am healthier then I was before.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
