I am so happy, havent been in the 50's in a very long time
131.2 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use to weigh 59/60 and I just wouldn't drop to 57 or reach my goal of 55. I was eating healthy and everything. What have you been doing?

I just stuck it out, I eat healthy and watch my calorie intake, and I also work out 1-2 hours 5-6 days a week which is what made the big difference for me I think
