Ive not been writing down what I have been eating for the last month and a half. I have stayed atkins friendly however I have been having a glass of wine or two with my evening meal. I think this is why I have gained around 4LB... no more wine on a weeknight.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
