I have been eating so much junk and fatty foods! It's a miracle i am only 177 today, but I need to get back on track. I want to break the 170s and get back on the 160s.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
