早 糙米捲四個 🍎🍇五個 🥝 牛奶餅乾一個 腰果一些
午 韓式拌飯 煎餅半個不到 辣炒年糕兩個年糕 無糖青
晚 皮蛋豆腐一半 鹹疏餅小包 炒豆腐 雞蛋
最近不能吃甜 喝甜 一滴也不能吃 就當戒菸的感覺吧
