Today morning it showed a cool 71.8; but this is my 3 day trying for a keto and i dont even know if i am in keto yet. so, as a conservative guess i will log 72.8
160.5 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
