another day. woooohooo. finally survived a week on an actual diet. never made it past three days before. so to celebrate I had a very nice egg and spinach on honey wheat toast, salt and pepper. nom nom nom.
292.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 142.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
