📌低碳生酮211天~64.8
有睡飽有差喔!終於又見64
最近天天都有吃少量禁品
似乎有酮體。影響不大
偶爾水果半碗。偶爾幾口米飯
偶爾幾口餅干。偶爾幾口麵
我根本一直再偷吃😆
下雨所以今天都簡單吃
買外面真的好貴阿2人就要200多😅
中餐配兩顆迷你酪梨
晚上•酪梨卷海苔•好吃
不太餓但怕浪費。
所以10點還吃了臭豆腐鍋+炸豆腐
142.9 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
