📌低碳生酮210天~65.2
意大利麵的逆襲不多上升0.2😆
中餐下雨不方便就亂買了
吃了老公3口炒飯
自己一盒炒高麗菜+酪梨
還有昨天的越南椰奶餅乾
剩幾片烤乳豬,滿滿的油
一併吃光光😄
晚餐吃自己煮的藥膳火鍋
藥膳湯+椰子油苦茶油80cc
蛋白質是煎雞腿
143.7 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
