well... what can I say? Today is a good day! I got my spelt bread in the oven first thing in the cool hours of the morning and its now cooling on the counter. I am thankful that I am discovering what foods are killing me. I am now officially wheat intolerant! That sucks but oh well I am dealing with it now. Who needs bread, cake, cookies, and just about everything else that comes in a package anyways :P
