📌低碳生酮208天~64.8
昨天粽子沒吃多,所以一樣有瘦呵
今天一樣吃酪梨配椰子油
晚餐出門看電影
在附近吃了麵店的小菜
隔壁賣 “蕃茄蛋包飯” 太強了啦
點給女兒吃。試吃一口後
欲罷不能!!飯有鍋煎香~~
太美味了。直接扒了一碗😂
晚餐5點結束不進食了
飲料蝶豆花椰奶茶,滿足😊😊
142.9 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
