makan segini banyak naik 300 gram :') pdhl ngiranya naik 1 ato 2 kg soalnya surplus smp 7200 kalori lebih 😂 Alhamdulillah
117.5 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
