昨晚的炒飯我只敢吃一小盤,主要是喝麻油雞腿高麗菜湯,半夜嘴饞有忍住沒開鹽味酥打餅來吃,晚上邊看電視都會邊做抬腿運動,今早看到體重創新低,一切都值得啦⋯⋯😘but...晚上回娘家吃晚餐.體重很危險⚠️⚠️⚠️
