Well, while am staying around 122-123...I am PMS-ish so I'm bloated. I also like the way my hips look and I merely don't like the water layer over my abs.
I am re-starting cranwater...I was out for about a week. I started calorie counting on thedailyplate.com so I can get a better picture of what I am eating. Right now I am very deficient in protein...I am more 25% rather than 35-40% which I used to stay. If I can sit at 33%, think that is a good maintenance level.
So, I am still shooting for 120 but I am closely watching my body and I'm not going to get too excited until after my period so I can see my body for what it is and not the hormone/water flucuations.
We have my daughter's birthday and Easter brunch with another family dinner...so my goal is 121.8 by Sunday but it will be difficult given the holiday & social fun.
