어제 스크린 오랫만에 치고 갈매기살 2인분 먹고 왔는데 0.5키로 빠졌네요.
헬스해서 기초대사량이 많아져서 살이 안찌는듯 해요. ㅋㅋ
162.9 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
