Time to get serious! I'm not following a specific plan, except for trying to make healthier lifestyle choices. For starters eating less sweets, smaller portion sizes, more water and exercise. Wish me luck.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
