well, now i'm seeing results regardless of whether or not I eat fruit and veggies or grains and junkish foods. It's the elimination of the things that my blood type cannot have that has got me in this sweet spot I wanted to be in. As long as I stay away from everything that it says not to have for my blood type i'm going to loose weight. I had some chocolate bars the other day and I hardly lost anything so I do have to be careful, but I still lost weight lol. I am SO GLAD chocolate is not off my list of things to eat. However... gummy candies I cannot have under any circumstances. :( they are my favourite. But they make me fat because the first ingredient in them is corn syrup and corn is probably the most harmful to me out of all the other avoid foods.

I'm happy i'm learning what triggers me and how to survive without becoming a two tonn fatty!
206.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
