Go with that "skinnier" feeling! You've already lost over 20 pounds! By your weight graph, it appears you've lost 3.8 pounds in the last 17 days (7/11-7/28), or 2.4 pounds in the last 16 days (7/12 - 7/28), or even 1.2 pounds in the last 6 days....ANY of those measures are absolutely great for someone who's within 20 pounds of goal. At 5'7", weighing 134.8 pounds, you're already well within "normal" BMI standards, if you give them any credence. That, and being so close to goal, would make me think your weight loss pace would be much, much slower than it is, so I'd say you're doing way, WAY better than that. If you really feel that your loss is not as it should be, go back to logging all your food here, every single meal, every single day, and you'll be better able to see what's going on. We all THINK we know what we eat, but putting it down in a log can often show us something we've overlooked. Good luck, you've already done great!
