I know I’m only a few days in but I’m eating better and even went to the gym last night for a Zumba class. Baby steps....
192.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

4K steps in 50 minutes... it’s a great workout. Going to try to go at least 2x a week.
