MC Day3 今天公休睡飽飽
第一餐3點了吃自助餐
迷你酪梨吃一顆半
椰子球吃5顆,每顆有一克砂糖

晚餐6點吃飽了。大補碳
中午吃酪梨還補碳😆
煮了一碗十穀米沒人捧場
好久沒吃穀類了什麼都沒加好美味
我自己吃+一條地瓜
還有2樣蔬菜+雞翅+雞屁股
142.2 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
