Well... I have buckled down and am now being more strict about making absolute sure that i'm not eating any of the foods which are listed on my no list for my blood type. It has made a difference. I have not been watching portions at all and i'm on my menstral cycle so I had two large chocolate bars yesterday and I have still managed to NOT gain any weight. It was kind of more of an experiment if anything. I just need to know what triggers me so I can write it off for the rest of my life. I feel like crap from my cycle too. Definately not myself these past couple of days. Oh well, i've made a decision not to judge myself or get angry at myself for anything anymore. Simply observe and learn and support and love. Thats all I have to do now. I am happier taking this approach. :)
207.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
