Logging my food and excercise keeps me accountable.
After starting to watch (literally) what I eat, I did lose quite a lot of weight, today morning showed 72.3, which I feel is loss of water weight, therefore I am logging 73.2 which has been showing consistently last few days.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
