The good thing is, I'm fresh off of a 3 day vacation eat free phase and I know as a male (people say males lose weight faster) and my will power, I lose the weight I gained easy. So two weeks of being discipline and its back on vacation again for my wedding Anniversary :)
216.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
