Brentessee's Journal, 19 March 2008

I jumped off last weekend, no excuses. Gained 3 pounds, but lost 4 since getting back on the plan and increasing my workout plan. I'm doing lots more upper body toning and 200 or 300 sit-ups instead of 100.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
