Yes! FINALLY! I've made it into the 140's and I couldn't be more pleased.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

13 1/2 lbs to go to my goal weight. I'm very excited! It seems like such a long journey, but if I stick with it I know I will make it. The weight loss has slowed down considerably. :( I'm going to float the river with ten of my friends for Memorial Day weekend, and I had hope to be down to 140 by then. It doesn't look like I'm going to make it, but that's okay. I know this says I started at 177, but I really started at 184.5 this time. I just didn't know how to reset MyFatsecret to start my diet over. So, it says I've lost less weight than I have. I've actually lost 36 lbs, and it feels GOOD!
