I just feel so bad that I'm not doing well right now....I got a 30 free day at Curves so I'm going to try this and think I might even join. I need a push here. If any of you have any advice for me just add on. I don't drink water either like I should. Have a nice day and good luck to each and everyone of you.

Exercise is a great way to give yourself a push. It revs up your metabolism and kicks in endorphins that give you a "natural" high. I tried Curves, my opionion is that it's not that great of a workout. I've seen more results with just walking briskly. Try it and see what you think though, everybody's different.

HI Roberta- Don't give up! You can do it! Start with making small challenges for yourself....eat a fruit and veggie with every meal or always take the stairs....It truely is all the little choices we make to create a healthy life change. We are here for you!!!
