Doing intermittent fasting now, weight loss hasn't changed much but I'm starting to lean out like crazy. Starting to see striations in my body for the first time.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
