Disappointed 😔. Traveled again last week didn’t make good choices. Layover and delays altered my eating habits. That’s ok tho. Back to it.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
