Grrrrrrrrr. walked for like 2 hours and ate right all day except for 1 slice of pizza at dinner and ended up gaining a pound. :(
202.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes it just doesn't make sense. People say it takes a day or two to see results sometimes. It's happened to me before. Don't let it get you down. I know it's frustrating when you do everything right. Just keep on doing the right things. You'll see the losses.
