TSH- Measurement 11.37 - Thyroid medication 50mg started 7/06/2018

What I learnt:
1) There is sugar in med lemon
2) I've lost a total of 4.2kg in 36 Days by eating 95% Carnivore with Hypothyroidism
3) If your gut says try something different even if people have severe opposing opinions about it- try it for a month and admit when you are wrong
4) I was wrong about curing my hypothyroidism with the carnivore diet- but I still got results weight wise- I am continuing but at my doctor's suggestion- taking my thyroid meds daily.
5) Work with your doctor- she may be able to help you and learn something about this disease.

PS- Note - I exercise regularly and follow a daily intermittent fast regiment of 16/8
202.4 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
