Feeling good. Day 5 of Keto. Missed working out yesterday but still down in weight. Happy to see progress but the journey has just begun.
220.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
