so today I got on the scale and I added two and a half pounds it's frustrating that you work your butt off not just in your nutrition but also your workouts and I still noticed that the pants that I wear for my work I Can't Take 5 Steps without them wanting to fall down which is good but you still feel like you failed because of the two and a half pounds it's not a failure until you don't get up I'm still doing the constant climb never will I lose track or focus of my goals because of one little insignificant bump in the road towards my goals just read this and know that you're not the only one going through setbacks and that just like you I am going to fight and Claw and push my way to the top of my mountain and then climb a bigger one
