I just can't seem to get things under control!

251.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Ok- it's only breakfast baby...you can pull yourself together. I see a delicious salad and grilled chicken in your future- I see you making a few extra trips up and down the stairs. I see a delicious cup of hot tea, or some soothing something-hot bath with candle in your day today. You are not flying off the track!!!!!Buckle your belt and stay put. Make today a good choice day and start over- you can do it!!!!

lol LOVe the pic! You CAN DO IT!! Eat bite is an opportunity to make a choice to eat for a healthier you!! You can do this... looking back is not going to do any good, unless you are trying to see what you did wrong. Chin up, facing forward and looking towards your next meal/snack!! Go GET 'EM girl!!

:D Thanks for all the support! These last few weeks have been super hard. I joined the challenge this time and I refuse to let my team mates down! PS... Grilled chicken salad is waiting in the fridge for me and I will be hitting that in about 47 mins, lol

You can do it for YOU!! I love what sharonfriz said...ditto on that! You have been such a great support to everyone on this site, now its time for you to do the same for yourself. Enjoy your salad and hot bath! maybe put on some music and dance around the living room!
