feeling great about this weight. close enough to 20# lost, and I convinced my date to let me cook for them last night rather than going out. even had one drink at the bar and kept on track!
200.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
