奇怪我沒吃禁品阿
難道是多了一份堅果?
還是多一顆蛋?
總之該減少蛋白質改成油質
143.5 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
