I decided to go ahead and weigh in today - I have lost weight and want to share! I feel pretty good and have not had any "whites", but made chocolate chip scones for my daughters snack today and had more than I planned to. I make the scones with whole wheat pastry flour, agave syrup and grain-sweetened chocolate chips, so it technically is not a cheat, but one would have been better than two! I am looking forward to starting the flush next week and feel pretty encouraged by having lost 5 lbs. just in the preweek. I had a meeting in my elder daughters class today and every mom but me is thin and fit...I feel like such a lump. I just have to remind myself that I am on my way!
