My beste probeer vanoggend om vroeg op te staan om oefen maar toe die wekker 05h30 af gaan het ek dit gesnooze 😴 dit was so koud om op te staan. Maar venaand gaan ek vroeër slaap om nie môre oggend my oefening te snooze nie! In hierdie geval "you snooze you don't lose"
