Its a pound... and I'm thankful for that one pound... and one of these weeks I'm going to jump on the scale and its going to tell me the number I want to see...
One day....
189.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
