I walked and jogged for an hour. I walked up a paved 45 and 60 degree incline several times. I jogged the lower inclined parts of the path. Each time, I jogged down the inclined path.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week


Comments 
I use a local university football stadium steps and track for this option. Congrats on the 60 minute session. Great workout!
