played 3 sets of tennis on thursday, asparagus, mushrooms and over easy eggs for dinner, coffee 16 oz for breakfast and diet pepsi and a bag of chips for lunch
186.6 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
