I actually has lost weight and was down to 142lbs. I was looking really good and could fit clothes that I hadn't worn in quite some time. I lost the love of my life and I have been stuffing my face. I eat anything I can get my hands on. Now I can not fit my clothes. I even purchased a few new things last month and haven't worn them yet - tried on a blouse and couldn't button the shirts. Oh well it's time to take charge of my life. I find when I track what I eat it really helps and walking again. So here goes I ready to begin again. Goal is 142lb.
