📌低碳生酮193天~睽違半個月。 又見65.3了太好了😂 認真吃是對的!!! 中餐吃自助餐。配椰子油吃 下午外出動物園,走了6千多步 中間小餓有吃堅果60克。椰子球*2 晚餐8人份😊超生酮的fu 乾香菇好吃。多吃了一些 菜都有 炒 苦茶油 好吃。 期許明天也是65開頭😊
