Day two. Nearly 30 g of carbs. Worried that I won’t be able to stay at 20. Very hungry today. Very low energy. But the AMAZING news: went to a kids bday party and didn’t have ANY sweets!! No cake,no sweets nada! Had big fun—but really restrained myself! 👏🏻
