📌低碳生酮192天~今天66😤
中餐草草解決
滷味(有瀝醬油)+烤義式茄子
下午做生酮椰子球+奶油酥餅
所以各試吃3塊約60克
晚餐煮給家人豐盛的澱粉食物
「油飯+蛋香炒飯+梅花豬」
我就吃便當了呵。3菜2塊三層肉
菜剩半碗吃不完,吃飽就停。
今天沒有喝飲料。也沒有吃堅果。
很乖!晚上騎腳踏車1.5小時
整理房間2小時。希望明天瘦一點點

對了,我要問一下。上次那個巧克力蛋糕啊,我可以把它鋪在平盤上去烤,變成薄蛋糕。然後去捲打發的鮮奶油,變成鮮奶油卷嗎?還是會捲不起來?
