stopped tracking my food for 6 weeks. im back. and now i mean business. I might even buy a scale for at home. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS!!!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
