Rapid weight loss over the last few days.

Had been doing a lot of physical activity over the last week or so (repairing my deck) and I think the water weight may have been related.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
