This is normal for the weekend, so I'm not worried.

I wasn't particularly good yesterday, although not disastrously so - just a fairly standard Saturday really! I managed the scheduled hour of cardio workouts, but didn't manage to do the scheduled Dyna-Band workout - I'll have to make up for it today by doing a double session.

Am still really excited about my overall loss this week - official weigh-in is tomorrow!!

155.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
