Annem66's Journal, 31 May 2018

Had the dreaded weigh in this morning at Slimming World and had a small gain which is actually a victory for me as three weeks in Kefalonia usually meant a gain of up to five pounds in the past! Actually quite pleased with myself! Determined to do this so I have written out a menu plan for the next week and intend sticking to it.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's nothing at all really. Amazing since you were away for 3 weeks - well done! That will soon be gone 🙂

3 weeks away and only 2lb gain that's good, you can easily lose that within a week. Remember to stick with it.

Thank you all! Going low carb since February has definitely made a difference while on holiday. Most restaurants were happy to give us vegetables instead of fries or salad. Didn't feel deprived as we had treats most days! First time ever that I returned home not feeling bloated and depressed!

Yes Gaelicgal going low carb has helped so many health issues, including arthritis and, unusually, my eyes! I have Sjogrens syndrome (chronic dry eye) and normally it's really bad in pollen season. Result!
